I got the deep tissue massage after experiencing tightness in my upper back, traps, and shoulders from stress. Once the masseuse started working on those areas, I felt an instant sense of tiredness be relieved from the muscles above my scapula. I felt the effects from the massage all day and felt so much more relaxed. This place is affordable, professional, and so helpful.

Came in to get cupping with my girlfriend for anniversary. Everything was fine and cupping was solid. But me and my girlfriend get talking about the experience and she says I probably didn’t like it. I didn’t know what she was talking about and she says the therapist and receptionist (older man) was massaging on her butt and thighs. For the record, I didn’t receive none of that, just straight cupping. I went back to talk to him and he was acting like he didn’t know what he did and offered me a massage. What he did was disrespectful, unprofessional, and weird. Don’t come here.

This was the worst massage experience I’ve ever had. When we arrived the receptionist was upset because we had a Groupon. If you don’t want your customers to use a Groupon, don’t promote your business on the app. It made the entire appointment not relaxing from the start. Unfortunately, the receptionist was also my masseuse. The massage was decent, but the Groupon said it included a full body massage, herbal foot spa, and hot stones but I never got the hot stones. I came with my sister, and she got the hot stones, but was charged $10 more for it. After the massage, the receptionist asked us how we felt and I responded with a simple “okay.” He didn’t like that response and yelled at us again. I normally try to avoid writing negative reviews, but this was a rough experience.

I got a 60 minutes couples massage with my boyfriend, and it was impecable!! Leo got out a huge crick in my boyfriend’s neck that had been bugging him for the past 3 weeks. They were very nice and polite, and the rooms were very clean and spacious, and they have free water and tea!

I had a wonderful experience at this massage shop. Booking an appointment through their website was super easy and convenient, which I really appreciated with my busy schedule. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly—I believe the man who helped me was the owner. He was very friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable right away.
The massage itself was excellent. His pressure was firm and consistent, exactly what I needed to release the tension in my shoulders and back. He also checked in with me to make sure the pressure was okay, which I really liked. You can tell he’s experienced and truly cares about giving a quality massage.
The atmosphere of the shop was clean, calm, and relaxing. Everything from the music to the lighting helped me unwind. I left feeling refreshed and much lighter, both physically and mentally.
I would definitely recommend this place, especially if you’re looking for a skilled massage therapist with a great attitude. I’ll definitely be going back!

Excellent service with highly professional staff. They are a small business and really care to do a good job to ensure your massage is relaxing, comfortable and meets your desired goals. Hope Gingko reopens soon, as I miss this place. I've always had good experiences here. Wendy gives amazing massages that relieve muscle tension. And the owner, Tony, is very kind. Overall, it's reasonably priced with a nice, clean ambiance.
