My mom was placed at this facility for 5 weeks, towards the end of her life , and she got nothing but exemplary support and care from everyone. I was around almost every other day and the facility was always super clean and I saw a lot of activities going on for the residents that lived there. I live in San Diego and this place was a life saver for our family.
The people here are AMAZING! I was scared to send my 90 y.o. father to a nursing home for rehabilitation after hospitalization. I only wish I had found this place sooner. There was so much improvement in his physical and mental health, that really had high hopes of his return home. Alas, he passed away before that could happen, but the sweet memories of his smiling face will forever live in my heart. STAFF W HEARTS OF GOLD: administration, nurses, therapists, CNAs, and housekeeping. I am so grateful.
The best Nursing Home facility. The staff is amazing. The facility it amazing. A little dated. But super super clean. They took EXCELLENT care of my dad till the very end. I appreciate each and every one of them. If you are LUCKY to get in, to this facility, take the opportunity. The nurses to patients ratio what I was more impressed with. More nurses than patient at this facility. Quality of care is definitely their strong suit. They do not pack in the patients here. They are about quality of care and not the $$$. So, again if you are lucky to get in, take a tour and you will see what I am talking about. Proof is in the pudding. Thank you El Encanto for taking such great care of my Dad.
