Vital Comfort was super. They came to the house, told me that my heating and air worked fine ( I had been told by another company that I needed a new system ). They saved me money. When my system goes out, I will be giving all my business to Vital Comfort.

Not only was he super attentive, he was prompt and swift. The troubleshooting that he went through before ultimately replacing the entire unit was awesome and very much appreciated. Basically he did everything he could to keep the cost down and improve the issue rather than jump to conclusion that new equipment was needed.

Knowledgeable, Honest and friendly service at affordable pricing. He is quick and has very good diagnostic skills. Called him out for a replacement quote, but he ended up fixing the issue and got our systems up and running instead.
