I discovered Moore's Martial Arts of Citrus Heights on Yelp three months ago, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to enroll my 4-year-old boy with Guy, aka Shigung. My primary goal was for my son to gain confidence and learn self-defense techniques, and I'm thrilled with the progress he's made since joining the Little Dragon program.Guy's patience and encouragement have helped my son overcome his initial shyness, and the class vibe is both fun and educational. This place is great. Learn excellent self defense and martial arts from this place. Moore’s takes the adult side of its program seriously while providing a great kids program. Seriously, Shigong is fantastic with kids.

What a blessing to have found Moore's ! My 28 year old autistic daughter struggles with confidence & self awareness among other things. She wants to be independent but knows she doesn't have the skills to go out on her own, defend herself if she needs to. She found Moore's and said she would like to try the self defense class. I was happy she wanted to try but didn't think she would continue after going for a couple of days. Well I was wrong. She is loving going to class!
