I saw Spencer for a memorial tattoo for my son who passed away. He was kind, respectful, totally professional and had the gentlest touch. Tattoos are always a little painful or uncomfortable but not this time. I had a great experience even going through a dark time. Thank you so much Spencer!

Wow!! What an old school feel tattoo parlor! Jimmy Willoughby has nothing but an old-fashioned feel to him he offers you a shot, a bottle of waterwhat?!!! he wil let you bring your dog's n ....he is so cool. when it comes to art Art Jimmy. Is a master he is proficient at his profession. He takes pride and his diverse, and Multicultural and all his tattooing with the finest of Sanitation, cleanliness and during this pandemic respecting everybody's wishes as far as mask. All I have to say about Jimmy Willoughby and his tattoo already invested is a mui professional and up to par 100 that's 100huhded-lol
