This is the second time I've used their online reservation system and it's scheduled a person who wasn't working that day or a scheduled a stylist for procedures they're not capable of doing. And of course there's nobody else able to do nails that day.

I came about 3 weeks ago for a full highlight. The stylist was kind and full of great conversation. I appreciated that we wore masks during the styling since everything is so up close and personal. But after getting home and getting feedback of my hair from family and friends they pointed out a harsh line on my right sideburn. I don't know if it was missed because it was tucked behind my ear and mask, but once they pointed it out It was all I could see.
