Not only is she kind but she has provided us with such helpful information and thoroughly explains everything so well. Her work is very proficient. Office is always clean, and they fit us into the schedule quick.
Natalya was extremely helpful and pleasant as always. Been coming to this location for over 6 years. 1 star less than perfect is because the prices are a bit steep, but at least the IRS has never questioned the quality of my returns
