Excellent and efficient work. They showed up on time, had all the right equipment, and performed their work safely and with well coordinated teamwork. They removed an enormous cedar tree too close to our home which required a crane, fork lift, three chipping trucks and a trailer for the huge trunks. One day, start to finish. I would not hesitate to hire them again!

Carlos set my apprehension at ease right from the start with his grounded confidence and obvious experience. He gave me options which I love. I chose the best one for me. His pricing was the best I could find. His team was very professional and made taking out a very large oak tree in a tight space seem easy. Did the stump grinding and best of all got the county permit for me as I did not want to deal with that, although I like that he gave me the option to save some money. But the price he asked for getting the permit was at least half of what the other bids offered. Good communication and did everything he said he would do. Thank you Carlos and Team!

Carlos and his crew were great! They took 2 HUGE Redwoods out at the rear of our property that were ruining our fence and invading our pool. The crew covered the pool and took the trees down piece by piece not damaging a thing. When they removed the fence they did it in such a way that we could reuse it with limited rebuild! I have used many tree companies over the years. Heartwood and Carlos' crew were the best! We will use them again, infact we will see them a week from now for some maintenance work!
