I recently started Chemo treatments and my hair started to fall out. I was struggling with the decision to shave my head when I contacted Great Clips in Citrus Heights on Antelope Rd., I got an appointment right away with Jaclyn, she was so kind and helped me with the final decision. By the time I left there I felt more confident and comfortable with what needed to be done. I am so thankful for the Clips for kindness program.

It's nice to be able to get a quick haircut from any of several available locations. This time, I was away from my regular location near home, using the local Post Office. Needed a haircut, checked the app to see a short waiting queue: BAM! Haircut done.

The girl who cut my hair did a fantastic job, and it was the best haircut I have ever gotten. At Bravissimo, I pay $85 for my haircut, and at Great Clips, I pay 60 someodd dollars less and get a fantastic haircut! I love my guy at Bravissimo, but $85 is a lot, and they want a big tip, too! I am a poor lady and can't afford all this luxury. I wish I could, but when you live on $963 a month Social Security Retirement, and when absolutely no one will hire you because you're 69 years old, life gets very difficult!
