After moving away from the Citrus Heights location, I made the mistake of purchasing glasses elsewhere. I will continue to drive 2+ hours to work with EYEcenter Optometric when ordering my new glasses. Great staff, excellent facility and options. Corina spent a ton of time with me, answered all my questions, measured and adjusted my current pair (purchased from another store), and ordered my new glasses for me. Very Happy. I've been a loyal customer of EYEcenter Optometric for years, and they consistently provide stellar service. Whether it's a routine eye exam, contact lens fitting, or addressing specific eye issues, their team is knowledgeable and caring. The exceptional quality of care and the fair pricing make them my go-to optometry clinic.
Loved this location until I ordered trial contacts through them. I waited about 4 weeks to call and check in since they said it'd be about 4-6 weeks. Well, when I called to check in on my contacts, they said they'd have to call me back. Never got a call back so I call a week later and ask the same thing, got a call back next day saying the first time the order never got pushed through the system, (why didnt this get caught when i called the week before) and that the manager just pushed it through that day and it'd be another 2-3 weeks like at this point it'll be 2 months by the time I get them and that's just for the trial lenses not even my actual... read full review
