Costco Optical Department is known for its welcoming employees who greet customers warmly upon arrival. The store is well-stocked and organized, making it easy to find items. However, some customers have experienced poor service, particularly in membership services, where rudeness was reported. Despite this, checkout staff are often friendly and helpful. The food court is a highlight, with popular items like the chicken bake and plenty of samples available. While the store can get crowded and parking may be challenging, it remains a clean and enjoyable shopping destination.
First time patient and I was able to be seen for a same-day appointment with Dr. Emma Concepcion of TLC Optometry.
My glasses prescription needed updating. I expected only a simple vision test and my expectations were exceeded.
They had the advanced technology available to image my optic nerves, test my peripheral vision, check eye pressures, perform a comprehensive vision test and the doctor thoroughly examined my eyes. They emailed me the results of everything so I have it for my health records.
I highly recommend this doctor! She is the real deal. Costco amazed me with this service. And the price was *very* affordable.

I have purchased several pairs of glasses at the Citrus Hts store. Always had great service, sometimes slow but they are busy. They repair all my glasses no problem & the optometrist caught an eye problem & recommend I see an ophthalmologist so it was taken care of early.

Just picked up my third pair of glasses from citrus heights Costco and I'm very pleased. All the employees have been kind, friendly and helpful. I've probably just been lucky but I've not had to take a # and wait. Being that it's costco, I'm sure that's not always the case. Thanks costco optical!
