I have purchased several pairs of glasses at the Citrus Hts store. Always had great service, sometimes slow but they are busy. They repair all my glasses no problem & the optometrist caught an eye problem & recommend I see an ophthalmologist so it was taken care of early.

The way the employees greet you upon arrival is so satisfying and refreshing like they are happy you're there. Everything is right where you need it when you are looking for it. The food court is amazing I love the chicken bake and the samples hit the spot after 30 or 40 minutes of shopping.

I was quite disappointed with how the lady in membership services treated me today. It was my first time doing a return at Costco (I'm young) and she was incredibly rude when she told me that I needed to get a pink sticker from the front. The people checking me out today (Danny C and someone else with blonde hair) were incredibly nice about it and just said well next time just make sure to do your return first, the lady at membership services on the other hand was incredibly rude with her tone of voice and I was on the verge of tears. The way she reprimanded me was totally uncalled for.
