Beware peeps, those of you who want to have your eyebrows done. DO NOT go to this lady!!! She does not care for her client's satisfaction but in it for the $$$ only. She had the nerve to tell me that she didn't have time to fix it or take it off and told me if I'd came back it would be additional $200. Prior to doing the brows, she did do an outline of which I had agreed upon, but the end results were not what she had drew. She messed up my brows big time and every morning I still have to touch up the eyebrows daily. I'm so glad that I let Nou did my eyebrows even though I was her first client. I have very sensitive skin so it was harder to do mine since we had to stop every 10 min to apply numbing cream, and she took the time just to do it right for me. We took 3-4 hours because of my sensitive skin and I'm glad that she was able to help me with it. It is so much easy to apply makeup now. Usually I'll take about 25-30 to do my everyday makeup (eyebrows, light eyeshadow, bronzer, mascara, foundations, and lipsticks). But now that I don't have to worry about my eyebrows anymore, it saves me so much time. I can honestly said that I finish my makeup within 10 min... read full review

When I went in for my appointment, Nou looked at my eyebrows and knew exactly what I needed. She went over the procedure and took her time to answer any questions that I had. The environment was very clean and I was very satisfied with my outcome! And the price was just right! I highly recommend Nou!
