This is my first review ever, and I almost don't want to post it because I don't want everyone to find out about this place and ruin it for me. Walked in around 6pm last Monday and the customer service was exceptional. They greeted me right as I walked in, and had me in a chair in under 5 minutes. This was my first haircut in over a year, so it was no small task. Max was my barber. He gave me a fresh cut, was super detailed, did exactly what I asked, and when I asked him to change up something at the end, he was responsive and cool about it (my experience is most barbers are rude about this). We love Ricardo great customer service always available when we need him amazing haircuts. Take my son and little brother to him all the time and I get my haircut as well for many years.
