Village cremation services was fantastic. The staff were so helpful and caring during this very difficult time in my life. They were very empathetic and sincere with me after lossing both my dad then my mother with in 5 days of each other. Helped get the ashes home and gave me all the information needed to track their travels to my home in another state. I cant thank them enough for all their kindness, help and understanding.
Everyone was so kind and caring to our family when we lost our 4yr old daughter. They took so much care of her and went above and beyond in helping us with her cremation and made sure everything was safe, secure, and documented so we could take our daughter across state lines back to our home in AZ. Balboa Cremation was very helpful with me in the Funeral Planner assisting me with preparing, planning and understanding all that was necessary with what I and my family had to do with us being in another state and this situation happening in the state of CA where my Son resided. The young lady who helped me through this process was very compassionate and patient with me in answering my questions when something would come up and took care of so many details for us to make this complete, simple and help in preparing for final resting.
