I have been to several locations of the Joint all over the country and while I've never had a bad provider, some of the receptionists left a less than appealing taste in my mouth. This particular location is the best I've been to. Donita at the front desk is so amazing. She is welcoming, empathetic and so helpful making it easier for patients to get treated. Dr. Graney is the reason I keep coming back. I have a complicated injury and not only was he familiar with it, he has been the only person capable of providing me relief. He helps me so much, I drive 30+ minutes to see him. I'm beyond grateful to the team over at The Joint in Eastlake.
