I truly have mixed emotions about this nail salon. First off - I believe it's called "Lu-an Nails" now. Second, they just remodeled this shop. The inside is beautiful and welcoming. All the chairs are new. I truly enjoyed the ambiance. Third, customer service. They seem friendly, but my sister in law and I were getting weird vibes from the women there. We only got pedicures. And after we paid we realized there was a big sign outside that said 30% off. So I went back inside to confront them about it and they said they couldn't redeem the discount anymore but they could for our next visit. My sister in law was pissed because she lives in Arizona. She was Visiting . And she could've saved 30% off for her and her daughter's pedis. The pedicure experience was pleasant. I loved the lotions they used and the massage was decent. But, I honestly don't think I'd come back. It's a beautiful nail salon but.. after my personal experience, I don't think it's worth it. We went to this location because it was the only one open on New Year's Day.

This is my first time coming here and I had a great experience! I was helped by nail tech Lee and she did an amazing job! She exceeded my expectations on how I wanted my nails done.

This is the only place I go to get my nails done. Great every time. Recently they got a new POS system so they no longer accept tip on card. They have an ATM in the salon, or always bring cash to tip your nail ladies ?
