I was looking for a local repair service to diagnose the problem on my LG clothes washer. I called Spark and was given an option for service that afternoon or first thing the next morning. Needless to say I was impressed. I chose the following day and Yurii came on time and diagnosed the problem within minutes. He suspected a couple of possibilities and had one of the parts but had to order the second one. He thought he’d have it the next day. I received his call, part had arrived but it was late in the day so we agreed to first thing next day. He arrived on time, installed both parts, and ran a short cycle to confirm it was running as it should. Put the washer back in its place and all was good. Took no more than an hour all together.
