I have been calling for 3 days straight and no one is picking up the phone . One of the times they answer and hung up on me . Staff is extremely rude when they do answer . been waiting for them to answer for about and hour been calling all morning

Alex at the front desk was really rude, I'm asking YMCA please stop bringing in teenagers or young people ,They don't know how to treat people, bring in seniors bring in adults who have some experience with customer service... Try to remember that everybody at the front desk is Supposed to be trained in customer service... I was hung up on right in the middle of a conversation because the little teenagers that answer your phone system thought it would be fun and the girl was laughing... I was asking about joining membership, I'm appalled that you guys allow this to happen, Please record every call so you know what's really happening, Please stop allowing young people...read full review
