Solid Company & Drains Representatives reported as scheduled and came with an attitude of getting the job done. They secured their ladder, hopped up in the attic and within 5 minutes Mario had determined the problem. He took pictures of the area and sent them to me on my phone. He explained each photo. Incredible! Additionally, he suggested that I get a specialty company to use special tools to determine if there is additional water damage in the wall area that they could not see. I really appreciated that suggestion.

Dealing with a main sewer line clog and water backing up out of clean out. Late Sunday evening and they were the only ones who would come out immediately. Had a plumber on site within 30 minutes. He explained that they could snake it and then his boss (owner) could come out tomorrow and use the camera to fully diagnose. The owner ended up stopping by while plumber was snaking it and listened to what was going on. I told him another plumber came out last week for same issue and jetted and camera so it’s concerning.
