We are so thankful we found Smitty Built-Ins after having a terrible experience with another business. From the start, Rich (the owner) was incredibly professional, helpful, and communicative. His talent and craftsmanship are truly impressive — our built-in media wall turned out even better than we imagined. Every single person who has entered our home has complimented it, and we couldn’t agree more. Rich’s knowledge and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We feel lucky to have found him and are already looking forward to working with him on future projects. Highly recommend Smitty Built-Ins to anyone looking for quality custom work!

Smitty Built Ins are amazing!!! Smitty is incredibly kind, a great communicator & easy to work with. The craftsmanship, quality & attention to detail is on another level. Richard Smitty crafted a custom kitchen for me with every detail exactly as specified. The cabinets included all the most beautiful design elements & even the hardware is top notch. They consider every aspect & element of the function along with all the esthetic components! I literally cried when I saw the completed results. I had requested a custom paint color that Smitty even also worked with me on that to decide on what lacquer, & finish would be most effective & practical in such a high utility...read full review

I've seen "Smitty Built Ins" advertisements for years and have always wanted to employ Rich to do some work for us but wasn't able to fit it in our budget till now. The wait was worth it! He just completed installing 5 BEAUTIFUL window moldings for us and I couldn't be happier! Its important to point out that we had some major problems with 3 side by side windows that were not even. Rich worked long and hard to make the sizing problem invisible in his finish product. He even came to my house 4 times to make sure I was happy with the design insert that would hide the problem.
