I had an excellent experience with a custom order-- Vanessa went above and beyond in researching and providing multiple options for my specific needs so that I could compare material specs and pricing. She invited me to stop by and see their scrap materials anytime which was crucial to deciding between the products. I paid $2 for generous cutoffs of polycarbonate and acrylic (priced by weight) and was able to take them home and experiment with drilling techniques and scratch tests. Since my project required 24 pieces of *exact* uniformity, I may have asked Vanessa about 10 times if she was SURE they'd be perfectly sized and each time she answered with patience, "YES! :)" I paid a very moderate price for my materials to be delivered to my workshop and this morning the business owner drove them over, navigated my very steep driveway and unloaded them onto my worktable herself. They are perfectly uniform and wrapped both sides in protective film. I did not catch the owner/driver's name but my whole experience was so easy and their service very impressive.
