Horrible waiting time! We got here before any other walk ins for xray! So many personnel in the front desk just talking! Why not add tech to do services and not making patients specially elderly wait for that long!!!!

Very frustrating to have to get imaging done here. Needed an xray and ultra sound - xray is walk in only cannot make an apt, and ultra sound is only available via apt.Went in for my ultrasound and requested my X-ray at that time - was told the whole team called out sick and I couldn’t get my X-ray and come backWent today to get my X-ray and was told they are not taking any one else today, so I asked if I could make an apt then, was told no, told only walk in welcome, and I said well I walked in today and I’m not welcome so I’m confused then was told if I came after one o’clock they could do it. So I waited three hours… finally got my X-ray but holy lord

The office is easy to access from the parking lot. The professional staff is courteous, knowledgeable, caring, and empathic. However, two of the four receptionists ruined the whole experience. They are the two oldest, one of them is named Mirna. They are extremely condescending, rude, and simply mean to old people. They don't ask people for forms and documents, they bark orders. They are worse to people on Medical and older people. The other clerk was yelling to an older Filipino gentleman and to a Hispanic male who was waiting on the wrong side of the line.
