When your water heater goes, it doesn't warn you, and your house isn't fully functional until it's back. You need somebody capable, responsive and competent. Miguel is all of those things. From being easy to reach in the first place, and on time or early to make the repair, he did it all. He was also extremely personable, which only made it that much better.
