I’ve had a really positive experience with LifeStance, especially with my therapist, Janeen Reid. She is compassionate, understanding, and genuinely listens without making me feel judged. I appreciate how comfortable she makes it to talk openly and how she provides thoughtful guidance while allowing me to work through things at my own pace. Janeen has been supportive, patient, and professional throughout my experience, and I’m truly grateful for the help and encouragement she has given me. I would definitely recommend Janeen Reid to anyone looking for a therapist who truly cares about her clients.

This is my first time ever having this type of therapy and I find it quite helpful. I’ve been afforded some great tools that are helping me to improve my mental health. Im being taught ways to cope with some of my mental health issues that have been plaguing me for over 2 decades. Im thankful to be working with this program and such a wonderful, supportive, and knowledgeable therapist Harriet ESQUIVEL. I’m looking forward to more sessions.

My first go around with LifeStance was not the best of experiences having dealt with an N.P. whose reach far exceeded their grasp. My second time around, however, I can say that Marilou M. Cabusao Psychiatric N.P. has been a blessing for really being that collaborative partner in my care I've needed for so long. Thank you LifeStance for having a professional who's a blessing to her patients.
