We have tried messages to the phone number for weeks to let them know we no longer own the home. Invoice does not have address or contact number. Phone number listed here goes unanswered. Joe impressed me from the get go! Had several other guys bid the job, but it was no competition, the only one who explained every detail was Joe, from how many valves were needed to the type of sprinklers I needed, to the best sod available. You can tell that Joe and his crew love what they do! From start to finish these guys were exceptional! Have to give it to Manuel the foreman, this guy is awesome, really payed attention to detail when installing irrigation and sod. They took the time to explain how to adjust sprinklers if needed. JM Lawns hit a homerun for us! After talking to several Landscapers, Joe came out on top! This guy knows his trade and most important has pride in what he does! Explained everything in detail, other guys hardly seem to care. I always say if you don't like your job do something else! His crew that came out, worked non stop and Joe was around all day. From start to finish exceptional performance! His project manager Manuel is awesome, also knows his stuff, very dedicated man, made sure all irrigation was installed and working correctly, and when installing new sod he made sure it never dried to much, kept going back to water while being installed! The results are visible, paid in full, and Joe said he's coming back in 10 days to adjust timer to make sure new lawn and drip system they installed are all working correctly! NICE!!!
