I’ve been coming to European Wax Center for a couple of years now, and I always book with Erika. She consistently makes me feel so welcome she greets me by name, is always on time, and remains professional every single visit. The first time I went to her, I was extremely nervous because I didn’t know what to expect, but she immediately put me at ease. Because of her, I’m now a regular. Ashley was absolutely amazing!! It was my first time experience and she made it simple and easy. She didn’t rush through the process and I appreciate that. She has a softness and gentleness to her that I sincerely appreciate. I was very nervous. I will be doing it again and she will be waxing specialists. Thank you Ashley for your sweet and calm demeanor which in turn helped me stay calm myself. You also didn’t make me feel uncomfortable as I thought I might feel. Again, Thank you. Getting waxed at 55 is an experience I’ve been missing out on , I should have been doing it sooner

I went in for follow up services. I requested to be seen by Angelina, she's great. In general waxing can be uncomfortable but Angelina is attentive & considerate. She checks in with you & ensures wax temp is comfortable. I appreciate that she's flexible & accommodating. Customer service at this location is great all around.
