I signed up with EC with the mere simple mind set of re-learning how to have a healthier relationship with food and exercise. For the first two months, to get the hang of the things, I took two personal training sessions a week along with macro planning. I then signed up for the online program. Weekly check ins are a must and really helped both of us understand how to adjust numbers if needed. I do have to say it took a few weeks to learn how to fit my favorite foods into my macros. I started working with Jon and Elite Conditioning in January of 2018. I have been an athlete most of life and lifted weights for about 8 years now. I have had a goal to compete in NPC bikini for a few years but put it off while I was finishing school. Then, in 2017 I was in a car accident that left me with ligament damage in neck.
