I was a bit worried before I went there on the first day because I am Deaf and I forgot to request for an ASL interpreter. I had no idea how my PT and I would get along in terms of communication. After I left, I was satisfied and impressed. Ryan and Linda were nice and considerate. They were incredibly patient with me while we communicated on phone. Although it was a hassle for me to request interpreter, they made me feel as though I didn't need one. Phew! In addition to having excellent communication and patience skills, they are also competent in what they do. I felt safe and comfortable going there until my sessions ended. This location is clean and organized and the customer service is great.

Such an awesome experience. Spine & sport is already a great Corp, but Ryan and Emily were so attentive to all of the patients in the room. I felt like I was in good hands. I've been to two other PT clinics for three different injuries and this by far my favorite. The customer service at this location is outstanding, especially for being a new facility. Love the location and cleanliness.

I felt better just walking into this bright, welcoming PT Clinic. I was greeted with a warm smile by Stephanie at the front desk and my PT, Ryan was so knowledgeable yet easy to work with. I have had a long history with Physical Therapy and I can easily say this was not just 1 but 2 steps above my past experiences! I had heard good things about Spine and Sport PT, so I was glad that they opened up a location so easy for me to get to. I was able to get the times I wanted, their hours are good. They gave me the opportunity to do my paperwork online which made it so simple to get started. Lots of parking and entrances at the front and side. NO Stairs or steps to negotiate. And Just a couple of treatments in and I am seeing improvement. If you need PT in the Chula Vista area I highly recommend Spine and Sport PT Eastlake.
