I asked them for a regular manicure. She then proceeded to do gel manicure after I moved my hands to tell her I just want regular polish. But she still did gel and I couldn't leave because she was griping my hand so tight. I was also there waiting for 20min when another girl went in 20 minutes after me and quickly got helped and I was still there waiting in for my service to get about an hour just to get a manicure. This place is ridiculous and rude. They wouldn't even take off the gel after I told them! Do NOT ever come here they are disrespectful and rude.Service: Manicures

I've been going to this salon a little over 2 years now. I love the work they do. I've never had any issues with My nails. My only complaint would be when you make an appointment, it doesn't seem to matter. They will see people right before your appointment time. There has been several times I have to wait 30, 40 even 60 minutes past my appointment. Other than that, great service, friendly staff, clean salon. Love it!

HORRIBLE! Nails broke the same day , not to mention they weren't anything like I asked for, came back to have them repaired a day or two later & they had horrible customer service, they made me feel like I was a bother & that I was the issue , not the faulty nails , after getting my nails repaired by a nail tech that was FULL of excuses & bad attitude, THEY BROKE AGAIN THE SAME DAY !! I'll never come back here ever , save yourself the trip they SUCK!!
