“I've seen "Smitty Built Ins" advertisements for years and have always wanted to employ Rich to do some work for us but wasn't able to fit it in our budget till now. The wait was worth it! He just completed installing 5 BEAUTIFUL window moldings for us and I couldn't be happier! Its important to point out that we had some major problems with 3 side by side windows that were not even. Rich worked long and hard to make the sizing problem invisible in his finish product. He even came to my house 4 times to make sure I was happy with the design insert that would hide the problem. I've included pictures of the windows mentioned above along with a close up of the design but the lightening is making the detail a bit hard to see. Take my word for it-its gorgeous!

We have now employed Rich to do our baseboards for our entire downstairs so I will post another review once that is installed but I know they will look beautiful!“

“I very recently finished a year long home remodel project. I contracted with Imperial to build and install my kitchen cabinets and master bath vanity. Working with Art and his team was a pleasure and the finished product certainly is the standout feature of the entire project.

Imperial accommodated design changes and always provided drawing revisions and updates in timely manner. In a overall home renovation project that was fraught with delays and missed deadlines by other trade vendors Imperial could always be counted on to come in on time.

One example of how great they were to work with was what happened after the initial cabinet installation. I didn’t like the way the crown molding was done even though Art and the contractor i worked with assured me that it was the best method. Rather than arguing about it Art sent one of his finish guys out to fix it to my liking. I recall it took at least 2 days to complete those changes. There was no additional charge for the work that Jesús did was exceptional.
Another example of going what i considered above and beyond, at the end of the project Art sent someone out to touch up anything that was nicked up during the appliance install or during the last stages of the project. There were a couple small scuffs and a piece of crown molding to be painted. I figured it would be an hour or so of work. But Marco spent the entire day touching up and buffing and inspecting every inch of the cabinets. It was an impressive display of people who care about their work and care about the customer’s experience.
I could not provide a stronger recommendation for Imperial Custom Cabinets and for Art and his great team. It was a pleasure working with them from start to finish.“
