Fast response, had an issue with Ptrap that was properly explained. They left the space better than they found it, clean and gave a realistic way to keep an eye on the issue. Fast turnaround too.

We recently hired BPI to re-pipe our entire 16 unit condo complex with new hot/cold water pipes. This was quite an undertaking as we had individuals currently living in each unit. The project started with several onsite walk-thru's with Frankie. He explained in detail what this major project would entail. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns and made several trips to the job site over the 10 weeks this project took to complete. David was the lead supervisor on this project and his crew consisted of Johnny, Rogerio, Fernando and Jose. To say that this crew was top notch would be putting it mildly.
