It's my fault for trusting our local businesses and not performing more due diligence. NEVER patron again!!! Overpriced, sticker shock at pick-up! No communication when items are ready for pick up. No client service or appreciation. Archaic Business Model. Worst experience ever. So disappointed to see this type of approach in our local community! After researching, most dry cleaners would have charge almost a full 20% less and the clothes would have been on time.

This guy just needs to retire. He can't hear, can't spell, no customer service skills whatsoever. There's like 3 shirts hanging in his store. I thought Beasley was a reputable chain but this place is a not a good example.

I needed a quick dry cleaning turnaround. Beasley Cleaners delivered! I dropped off around 10:30 am and my clothes were projected to be delivered by 4:30 pm the next day. I actually received a text message stating that my dry cleaning was ready to be picked up around 2pm! I would definitely recommend.
