After seeing termite droppings on my office desk, we called 3 companies to get some bids. All of them very responsive, although the first company never offered to look in our attic. However, the first 2 companies did recommend spot treatment but were leaning more towards tenting. Then Joe came and looked in the attic, our room, and the outer areas of our house. He was very thorough and worked up a complete estimate discussing our options. We ended up doing the spot treatments which included treating the attic. Jorge was super nice, professional, and got the job done quickly, but efficiently! He went above and beyond and I'm so glad we chose Advanced IPM!
