We hired Ashley to be the day-of coordinator for our wedding, but she really went above and beyond her call of duty. A full two months before the wedding she was working out our wedding timeline with us via google doc. Her template made the whole crazy event seem manageable and organized, and allowed us to solidify the schedule of our wedding day quite precisely. Throughout the time leading up to our wedding, she helped us plan seating arrangements, procession order, and worked with our caterers (ArtQuest Catering) to organize their role within the schedule. We hired Ashley as our day of coordinator after she came highly recommended from a friend of mine. My husband and I are not from the San Diego area, and we wanted a day of coordinator who knew the venue well and the ins and outs of a wedding in San Diego and could give great advice. Our wedding was on a beautiful sunny Saturday at the Scripps and we had met Ashley for our rehearsal on Friday with our bridal party.
