Depends who you get. Been here twice for their deep tissue massages. First woman worked me over to really loosen me up (yes I was sore the next day but it was totally worth it). Second woman did a decent job. I liked the stones and oil near the end, but prefer a deeper massage and found it awkward to be told to start fully dressed and then was asked to remove my shirt and bra half way through. I'll go again and that will help me know if I'll keep going back or stop.
