My daughter’s glasses needed repair. One of the screws felt off and it was a two-piece screw. Cindy was kind enough to help me assemble my daughter’s glasses even though she didn’t have the exact screw to fix it. Thank you for your help Cindy.
We went to Walmart Chino Vision Center. We were assisted by Martha. She was extremely patient as she helped correct an error with our order. Additionally, I watched as she greeted each customer as they walked into the Vision Center. She was very kind and pleasant. Our family will definitely return when we need vision care services.
My glasses frame was missing a screw, and I couldn’t find a suitable replacement at two different optical shops. I almost gave up fixing it, but then I remembered the Walmart in Chino Hills and decided to try there.
A staff member named Cindy was very friendly and welcoming. She patiently helped me look for the right screw and eventually found one that fit perfectly and fixed my glasses frame.
I’m really grateful for her warm and helpful service. Thank you so much to Cindy for her kindness and assistance—it truly made my day much easier.
