My glasses frame was missing a screw, and I couldn’t find a suitable replacement at two different optical shops. I almost gave up fixing it, but then I remembered the Walmart in Chino Hills and decided to try there.
A staff member named Cindy was very friendly and welcoming. She patiently helped me look for the right screw and eventually found one that fit perfectly and fixed my glasses frame.
I’m really grateful for her warm and helpful service. Thank you so much to Cindy for her kindness and assistance—it truly made my day much easier.
I got two pairs of glasses today — one regular prescription pair and one prescription sunglasses. The price was very reasonable and a great value 👍

Had trouble with trifocals in the past. Martha went over and above with taking time to guide myself and my husband with both selecting the right trifocals. Martha was heartfelt caring and so helpful. She remembered us when we picked them up today and we are both thrilled! Thank you Martha!
