I originally had an issue with the manager at this branch, which was frustrating at the time. However, after contacting corporate, they responded immediately to my concern and handled the situation professionally. In fact, I even received my glasses earlier than the promised delivery date. I appreciate the quick resolution and the effort to make things right.
Few weeks ago my coworker broke my glasses, there was no other choice but to get a new pair. With the help of my husband I was able to find this location. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Chantal she was very professional and polite she explained everything to us , my eye exam was not rushed and my questions were answered. Now for the frames remember I couldn't see much so I was relying on my husband to pick something out for me , Chantal noticed and took charge she asked me what my preference was and what color I liked she then she proceeded to showed my husband few choices. I was traveling and the arm of my glasses broke. The location on Grand Avenue in Chino Hills was the closest location to my hotel. When I walked in I was initially told there was nothing that could be done but Rosa stepped in and obviously empathized with my plight and she went above and beyond to find a solution and she did and I was back in business. I’m forever grateful to Rosa. Don’t know how I would have finished my trip without her diligence.
