I spoke with Dan and one of the lady (forgot her name). Appreciated the free estimate for the repair instead of a trip charge. They found my emc blower needs to be replaced after tech was onsite to diagnose the issue. I called in and the lady asked if I was homeowner as I should have warranty for my Carrier AC for the part unit replacement, but they aren't Carrier AC certified partner so it would of cost me $1500 approx to fix with part. She recommend I call Carrier warranty and check for a local partner! Really appreciate this company to assist me and not just looking to gain a buck. This company is amazing! My AC started leaking from the intake vent (?). We hadn't been running it a lot even though it was hot, so I couldn't figure out what the problem was. I called one company I had used for plumbing that also did AC. They were going to charge me more than double of what this company charged me and there were no guarantees it would fix it. Then they said if it didn't work, then I'd need a new AC. This company came and found out the tubing that takes care of the condensation was blocked. They not only vacuumed out the tubing, but when it happened again almost a week later, they came out and used something stronger that didn't... read full review

I’d give 10 stars if I could! Our AC unit made a very weird noise and smelled like something had burnt. I called WeDo, Dan answered right away, and a great technician was at my door in less than an hour. He replaced the defective parts and we are back to nice cool air!
