This review is only pedicures & manicure. My daughter moved to the Pomona area and we've been looking for a really good nail place. We've tried just about all the salons within a 5 mile radius and we were never happy with the service & always felt rushed and then they expected a tip? Ya, no. We happened to see this place and we decided to give it a try. Best nail pace ever! Thy longest we had to wait four our appt was 5 min after our time. The place is beautiful & clean and the girls are friendly & definitely know what they are doing. Best thing, is we don't feel rushed. My favorite nail lady left the place so I have to try another nail salon. I saw a good review of True Touch on Yelp. I called and got accepted immediately. The ladies did great work. They are fast, clean, and applied gel perfectly. All workers are friendly and respectful. I called the following week for the pedicure and got a satisfactory service. Recommend!
I called ahead of time on a Saturday morning as walk in for gel mani pedi thinking it's going to be busy or won't have availability but to my surprise the gentleman on the phone said come in we have availability ( usually my experience there's always a 30+ wait ) . I get there was greeted and sat down right away . I was really impressed, it was full but still had room for me as he mentioned on the phone . It was a simple gel set so I was in and out in about 1hr . So great! Ivy was my nail tech as was really sweet. The prices were great as well . $80 for gel mani pedi plus tip. Very satisfied, coming back and recommend.
