Dr. Carr was empathetic and kind and took plenty of time to ask about my menopausal symptoms, to explain what is going on with my body's hormones and to answer all of my questions. After discussing symptoms, we did bloodwork right there at the clinic. No need to go to a lab somewhere else. When the results were in, Dr. Carr took her time going over all the bloodwork and with those indicators, along with my symptoms, she was able to custom formulate the correct hormone replacement options for me. I had a great experience with Lisa for my masseter Botox treatment. She was gentle and took the time to listen to my concerns. She clearly explained the benefits and risks, which made me feel comfortable. I never felt rushed during the appointment. She was very detail-oriented throughout the process. My headaches have significantly improved since the treatment. I highly recommend Leeza to anyone considering Botox.
