Entering the store, I was presented a complimentary snack and beverage. The ambiance and aesthetic of the store was very pleasant. I appreciate how clean and nearly prepared their stations were, providing baskets for your belongings and disposable covers for the lash beds. It felt like I was at a spa with really calming music in the background. Ari did a wonderful job with my lashes. Thank you for being gentle with my eyes and making them look beautiful !

Just moved to California recently and stumbled upon Ours through instagram search around my area. This was my first time at Ours, and I had the best experience with Ashley. She was very attentive to what I wanted and gave suggestions based on the look I was going for. She was very technical with her application and I had zero burn or sting throughout the process. I highly suggest Ours if you’re looking for something to spice up your everyday look :) can’t wait to come back for a fill!
I had such a great experience at this eyelash store! The atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and relaxing from the moment I walked in. The staff was super friendly and took the time to understand exactly what look I was going for. They explained the different lash styles and lengths, which really helped me choose the right set.
The application process was comfortable, and I was impressed by how gentle and precise the technician was. My lashes came out looking natural but still full and glamorous—exactly what I wanted. It’s been over a week and they’re still holding up beautifully with no irritation.
