I love this place. All of their locations are great. They always give you exactly what you ask for. And if you're ever unhappy, they're glad to fix it. They really work with you. They've won me over as a customer. As well as my family and friends. They run a good business.

When Megan left, I was worried that I won't be able to get the kind of service from the other lash techs. I'm happy I didn't stop going here. Now I go to any of these 3 wonderful lash techs, Ella, Raine and Rachel. All are very professional, lighthanded and fast. I walk out very satisfied with their work all the time.Most importantly the place is really neat and quiet.

My lashes look nothing like the hybrid lashes they show in their pictures or Instagram. I'm really disappointed with how they came out. I plan to remove them that's how much I dislike them. After reading other reviews it might be the lash technician who couldn't provide me with the look I was hoping for.I changed my review to 4 stars because they called me and offered to fix my lashes. I reluctantly went back but I'm glad I did as I'm much happier with my results. Dora, a different technician, took the time to understand what I didn't like about my lashes and she walked me through how she could fix them so they're in line with what I had in mind.
