It feels a little pricey but I think that's just the cost of any home repair/maintenance nowadays - the tech they sent was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Same day service and repair in the summer heat is always incredible to see!
Nathan was great, very good either way troubleshooting and communicating what he was finding. I also liked the messaging alerting me that the rep is on the way with a photo and name.
