I have been here several times over the past 6 years and came yesterday morning for eyebrows & upper lip threading. I went around opening time and was able to be seated right away. Despite being the only customer there, I felt rushed. The person who did my threading was a lot more aggressive than I have ever experienced and I was left with some red marks under my eyebrow that I'm not sure what they are, maybe small burn marks from the thread? I haven't had this happen before but it's still stinging and very uncomfortable, and it's been over 24 hours. Usually I can tolerate threading very well and haven't had an issue but this discomfort from the scars got to me and is lasting much longer than just the immediate sensitivity the few minutes right after threading. There were also a few noticeable eyebrows hairs left over that I cleaned up myself once I got home. I would probably come here again just due to familiarity and convenience/location but the quality of service really depends on the person and is very hit or miss.
I would recommend but lately they've just been telling me they're closing at random times despite the hrs being what they are. Maybe it's just me but still it's hard to recommend a place anymore when they turn you away at random times.
Vini always does my eyebrows perfectly. I know reviews are mixed but I have been going here since about 2017, and they always do a great job. Key is to stick to who you trust to do your eyebrows. They are all very nice to me and others. I have witnessed it. They do charge for using your debit card, so bring cash. If you say exactly how you want four eyebrows done, they will listen. It is very clean in here. Only thing is, they don’t answer their phone.
