Vini always does my eyebrows perfectly. I know reviews are mixed but I have been going here since about 2017, and they always do a great job. Key is to stick to who you trust to do your eyebrows. They are all very nice to me and others. I have witnessed it. They do charge for using your debit card, so bring cash. If you say exactly how you want four eyebrows done, they will listen. It is very clean in here. Only thing is, they don’t answer their phone.

I got there about 5:30 this evening, I had to wait because she had three people ahead of me, no problem, she did my eyebrows, upper lip and Chin, I couldn't believe how fast she was going, I've never experienced so much" hurry up" very pushed, very pressured, she did just as so-so job, when she asked me if I wanted witch hazel I said yes please she hands me the cotton ball and walks away, told me to do it, I was floored, terrible all the way around. Been coming here for years! They have always done such a great job and always friendly. Sadly, my family and I will not be returning until they have their AC fixed or turned on. We went yesterday and it was 100 degree day and they have their customers waiting to get their eyebrows done - How disgusting is this! How can you expect any customers to wait in a sauna. I say this as a customer, it's unacceptable, unbearable, unpleasant, disgusting and not to mention it's unhealthy!! DO BETTER!!!
