    I can’t recommend my trainer Jeff enough. For the past 9 months, he’s been an essential part of my recovery and transformation journey. When I first started, I was coming off a serious injury and honestly didn’t know if I’d ever feel strong or confident again.

    Jeff’s knowledge and expertise immediately stood out—he has a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Strength & Conditioning, as well as a Master’s degree in Athletic Training.     Jeff is awesome, caring, and super responsive to his clients! I love the group training sessions, as they are full of energy, fun and happiness. After a long working day, getting work out done with Jeff and many others is something I always look forward to gain back the energy and healthy body. My lower back often bothers me with pains and Jeff would specifically modify for me so I can still get the workout done with no pain. This has been the best workout experience for me!
