This review is long overdue. Jeff is a dedicated, knowledgeable, and charismatic trainer. If you’re looking to kickstart your fitness journey in 2024 or perfect your routine, I highly recommend Jeff as a personal trainer. I’ve been working with Jeff for over 2 years . Jeff provides a person centered approach to personal training. He always works with me to adapt my training , diet and routine to fit my needs as they change. He has helped make gains in strength, flexibility and overall fitness. Most important to me he has helped me avoid injuries. No more cronic back or knee pain . Jeff is really good at teaching and makes it fun to work out.. I Always look forward to my workout days.
I first met Jeff when I was on Dialysis (7 years in at the time) in 2020. He would come to my home and help me with my strength. Unfortunately, my body could not keep up. I received a kidney transplant on 7/2021, and in 10/2022 I was given the okay to start my workout adventure. Jeff followed every guidelines given to me by my doctors that a year later, 10/2023, he got me in the best fitness shape in over 10 years and I'm still improving.
