I got a tankless water heater, a water softener, and a pump in an upstairs bathroom to make hot water delivery to upstairs instant. The original consultation was very informative of options and never pushed the most expensive option. They explained what the results would be with different options, and were honest about potential negatives that come with more expensive options. Installation was fast and efficient, and All Tankless didn't cut any corners. The pipe work looks great, and it even involved re-routing some pipes that come to the house from the street. I gave 3 star because there is a surprisingly $100 "diagnosis fee" which I was not informed in advance. I had a leaking Rheem Tankless Water Heater. All Tankless is one of the pro listed on the Rheem website. Called today 3/29 for services and two technicians showed up in 45 mins. The technician provided me some quotes since I already did the diagnosis and explained to them about the leaking problem. I totally know nothing is free. However, charging $100 just for showing up and providing quotes is way too much.

Our tank water heater started leaking like crazy the weekend of Christmas and Pedro came through for us in a pinch. He did awesome work to switch us over to a tankless water heater & did the rebate sign up right then and there too. Pedro is a great guy as well, would highly recommend!
