The medical assistant who took my vitals was welcoming, thorough, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The staff member who drew my blood was outstanding professional, gentle, and efficient, making what can sometimes be an uncomfortable experience quick and painless.
My doctor was exceptional. They took the time to listen to my concerns, carefully review my health needs, explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, and answer all of my questions with patience and compassion. I never felt rushed and truly felt that my health and well being were their top priority.
The teamwork, professionalism, and genuine care shown by everyone I interacted with made this one of the best healthcare experiences I’ve had. Thank you to Monica, Angel, Jacqueline, Lizbeth, and Emmanuel for providing such outstanding patient care from check-in to check-out. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a compassionate and dedicated healthcare team.

They never answer the phone when I need to refill my medication, I was put on hold for over 10 minutes then I hung up, also they change doctors seems like ever year, not good business
