Great gym, always clean, the staff is absolutely amazing. I've been coming for almost 2 years now and I am not planning on switching. They really make it a welcoming community around here!
I recently signed up for Anytime Fitness thanks to their awesomely irresistable New Years Special and had a wonderful experience breaking into the Membership Access System thanks to Robert who is an Amazing Powerhouse Chief at this Location! Robert was great at texting me quickly after my Online Membership Purchase to personally welcome me into the Chino Anytime Fitness Family! He invited me over to come set up my Fob Key with specific dates with the right amount of responsible urgency ;0) When I arrived at the Gym I loved the clear Communication detailing the Team Member Service Availability Hours and instruction to ring the bell to wait for their Assistance! Robert greeted me enthusiastically in person and made such a strong and impressive High Class Hustler Impression! He modeled confident and focused Poise and strong Eye Contact, assertively intentional and decisive Leadership Presence, and the most spontaneously fun and warm sense of Humor which made the Episode 1 Pilot Screening so colorfully enjoyable! Robert made sure to thoroughly educate me on the Gym's Cultural Courtesy Protocol like reracking the weights and and wiping down the Equipment with Proper Sanitizing Chemicals and Towels. He also encouraged me to capitalize on the complimentary Personal Training Session included with my Membership and scheduled me with Lauren after listening carefully to what I look for in a Model Trainer! Even though Robert had other Guests waiting for his assistance, he still made sure to ask if I had any other questions which made me feel comfortable to ask him about the free Fat and Muscle Screening Machine! Robert was excellent at Multi-Tasking and showed me how to use the Evolt Machine and download the App to regularly check in on my results and save paper at the same time :0) After I got my Evolt Stats I enjoyed a nice workout and felt comfortable and happy exercising in a clean and professionally structured Environment where everyone gets along and understands what needs to be done and why! I really respect the mindfully principled Leadership of Anytime Fitness and I'm so grateful of the smart and charming Cave Design to help me feel strong and healthy enough to have the best 2025 possible!
