This review is regarding the netting on our deck that was needed to keep the bats away, as crazy as that sounds. This was the best solution and it's working now.We are really pleased with the work done with Luis at Animal Pest Management.He did everything possible to make sure the job was done right and efficiently. These guys are awesome! Rick, Gary, Jose, and Chris (Davis) went out of their way to answer questions and respond to our call for help immediately. Outstanding customer service and honesty. We spotted termite droppings and had heard so many horror stories that we panicked and instantly started calling different companies for inspections and help. Since we were expecting the worst, we were not surprised when the first two companies that came out said we would need to tent and fumigate. We wanted to get 3 bids to compare prices, services, and warranty so our 3rd call was to Animal Pest Management (AMP). We are so glad we did!! AMP came out the same week we called. They inspected under the house, inside the house, all around the exterior and roof. We were amazed when they assured us that tenting would NOT be necessary! They instead treated the active area they found while they were here! Done! So, they responded right away and only sold us what we actually needed. We definitely wish we had called them first. And talk about customer service.... As Jose prepared to crawl under the house for the inspection, he pointed out an AC duct that was laying disconnected. After completing the inspection, he took duct tape we had and went back under the house to attach the AC. Obviously this was extra time and effort on his part that had nothing to do with the inspection. That's just great service!
