ABC Heating & Air did an excellent job from start to finish. I was able to get an appointment on the day I wanted. Randee helped with all of my initial questions and promptly provided the COI that I requested. I was already impressed with the company thanks to Randee! I received a reminder the week of my appointment and the day of my appt. The tech, Christian, called me to give m an ETA which was so helpful as I needed to coral my pet before he came. I am pleased with the service overall. The technician, Victor, was very professional and respectful, providing updates throughout and resolving the problem. However, the issue reoccurred the same night, but when I called in the morning, they were quick to respond and resolve it right away. I appreciate the prompt service and professionalism, and will be a returning customer, I’m satisfied with the overall experience.
Once yet again, these guys are great! Came in short notice to check on a split system unit that would not run on high for some reason.. discovered a bad mother board. Made it so I could still use it until the part arrives in the next few days. Thanks again guys!
